Sold to _________________________________for $         with limited registration, puppy must be spayed by the age of 6 months, and not used for breeding.

The breeder guarantees the above described dog to be healthy and free from obvious defects at the time of sale.

The breeder guarantees the puppy for one (1) year of age against any incurable genetic problem that adversely affects the quality of the pup’s life. If such a defect should occur, the pup would be replaced.

The breeder does not assume any liability for any injury to puppy after delivery.

The buyer agrees to provide a suitable fenced area for this puppy to insure the puppy’s safety.

The buyer agrees to have this puppy examined by a veterinarian within 36 hours of delivery.

If the puppy is found to be other than healthy by the buyer’s veterinarian, it shall be returned to the breeder immediately at BUYERS expense, and the purchase price will be refunded or a replacement puppy will be provided at the breeder’s discretion. Deadline for this refund is 3 weeks after delivery.

The buyer agrees to maintain the puppy’s health in good condition, and to provide yearly examinations for vaccinations, etc, for any normal procedures necessary to assure good health and to continue appropriate vaccinations

The buyer agrees to keep the puppy from over eating, over-weight puppies make unhealthy dogs.

The buyer agrees to provide a suitable fenced area for this puppy to insure the puppy’s safety.

The buyer agrees that if at anytime the buyer cannot take proper care of the puppy, the breeder will have first choice to either 1. take the puppy back, or 2. assist the buyer in finding a suitable home for the puppy.

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Breeder and Buyer in regards to this sale. Acceptance of the puppy indicates that BUYER agrees and understand all the conditions of the guarantee. (Guarantee effective for original owner only, and not to exceed purchase price).

Puppy is to be spayed/neutered by 6 months of age or health agreement is null and void.
